Drop-in yoga classes
Penny’s yoga classes are mainly mixed-level for beginners to intermediates; everyone is welcome. She practises Vinyasa Flow yoga.
Thursday evening classes:
5.30-6.30pm and 7-8pm, Twyford Social Club, Queen Street, Twyford, Winchester SO21 1QG

Please bring your own equipment. The will be hand sanitiser available.
